At Eight Two Eight, we believe that purchasing a meaningful piece of jewelry should feel more personal than a quick, transactional experience. That’s why you won’t find an “Add to Cart” button here.

Instead, we’ve chosen to handle each order manually so that before anything is made, we can connect with you. Whether you’re ordering a custom piece or choosing from our collections, this approach allows us to understand your preferences, answer your questions, and ensure you’re completely confident in your purchase.

Think of it as a consultation, not just a checkout. Because your jewelry isn’t just another item—it’s a reflection of you. And we’re here to help you make the right choice, every time.

What Happens After You Submit the Form

1. We’ll Review Your Request

Once you submit your form, we’ll carefully review your order details to ensure everything is correct and tailored to your preferences.

2. You’ll Receive an Email from Us

Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • A personalized invoice

  • A payment link for credit/debit card transactions

  • Bank transfer details (if preferred)

  • Our Zelle ID for direct transfers

3. 50% Deposit to Secure Your Order

A 50% deposit is required to begin production. Once received, we’ll confirm your order and timeline.

4. Production Begins

Each piece is made to order with care. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production unless otherwise stated.

5. Final Payment Before Shipping

Once your piece is complete, we’ll send a final invoice for the remaining balance. Your jewelry will be shipped once the full payment has been received.

6. Shipping & Delivery

After your final payment is confirmed, we’ll send your shipping confirmation and tracking details within 48–72 hours.
