Whether you’re ordering a custom piece or choosing from our collections, this approach allows us to understand your preferences, answer your questions, and ensure you’re completely confident in your purchase. Think of it as a consultation, not just a checkout.

  • 1. We’ll Review Your Request

    Once you submit your form, we’ll carefully review your order details to ensure everything is correct and tailored to your preferences.

    2. You’ll Receive an Email or SMS from Us

    Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text message that includes:

    • A personalized invoice

    • A payment link via PayPal (with an additional 7% fee)

    • Bank transfer details (if preferred)

    • Our Zelle ID for direct transfers

    3. 50% Deposit to Secure Your Order

    A 50% deposit is required to begin production. Once received, we’ll confirm your order and timeline.

    4. Production Begins

    Each piece is made to order with care. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production unless otherwise stated. You’ll be updated every step of the way until production is done.

    5. Final Payment Before Shipping

    Once your piece is complete, we’ll notify you of the remaining balance due. Your jewelry will be shipped once the full payment has been received.

    6. Shipping & Delivery

    After your final payment is confirmed, we’ll send your shipping confirmation and tracking details within 48–72 hours.
