Eight Two Eight Jewelry is a Washington, D.C.–based independent brand specializing in handcrafted fine and demi-fine jewelry. Many pieces are made to order, produced in limited quantities, or customized upon request.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Each Eight Two Eight Jewelry piece is thoughtfully crafted or curated. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces are also non-cancelable once production begins. For sizing guidelines, you can visit this page.

PAYMENT

A 50% down payment is required to begin production. All orders are considered final and cannot be modified or canceled. Prices are not listed due to market fluctuations. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Complimentary standard shipping is offered within the U.S. via FedEx with a direct signature required. International shipping is available at the customer’s expense, and buyers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes. Once an order is marked delivered, Eight Two Eight Jewelry is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged items during transit.

PRODUCTION

Production typically takes 3-4 weeks from the down payment date. Any delays will be communicated.

REPAIRS & AFTER CARE

Repair services are available at the customer’s expense. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Damage from wear, misuse, or improper care is not covered. Any additional or major repairs may incur a fee.

PRODUCT VARIATION

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings. These differences are not considered defects.

Customer information is used solely for order processing and customer service. We do not sell or share personal data. Use of our site constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
