What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept all secure payment methods, including PayPal, Zelle, American Express, and both debit and credit cards. Bank transfers are also accepted—please email us here for more information.

What courier do you use? Does my order require a signature upon delivery?

We use FedEx and DHL for international shipping. Yes, we require a signature to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Can I change/cancel my order?

For personalized or custom jewelry, we need to ensure the order has not yet gone through production. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.

Can I track my package?

Once your jewelry has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

I live in the US. Will I be charged import taxes and duties upon delivery?

No, all import duties and taxes are included in the final price [displayed at checkout], so you won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery.

What is your return policy?

Not all pieces are returnable or refundable. Check our Return Policy page to determine if your product is eligible for return.

What materials do you use for your jewelry?

We exclusively use high-quality materials for all of our rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. That means we use solid, 18 karat gold and natural diamonds. If you are looking for more budget-friendly jewelry, we can use 10 karat gold and/or 14 karat gold, along with lab-grown diamonds.

Can you adjust the length of the necklaces and bracelets to fit?

Yes, we can customize the length for you, and we will provide you with a quote for the additional length.

Do you use US or EU sizing for rings?

We always craft your rings in US size. For jewelry under Inspired by Icons, we also follow US sizing. We only engraved the conversion in EU sizing on the ring for detailed engravings.

Do your necklaces come in different lengths?

Yes! You can find the length of all of our necklaces on the product page. If you're unsure of the length, you can refer to our Jewelry Sizing Chart for guidance.

Will my jewelry fade or wear away?

No, because we specifically use ​solid​ gold to provide our clients with high-quality pieces of jewelry that resist time and can be passed on to generations. And yes, it can wear away if not taken with care.
