  • We use FedEx and DHL for international shipping. Yes, we require a signature to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

  • For personalized or custom jewelry, we need to ensure the order has not yet gone through production. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.

  • Once your jewelry has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

  • No, all import duties and taxes are included in the final price [displayed on your invoice], so you won’t need to pay anything extra upon delivery.

  • Not all pieces are returnable or refundable. Check our Return Policy page to determine if your product is eligible for return.

  • We exclusively use high-quality materials for all of our rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. That means we use solid, 18 karat gold and natural diamonds. If you are looking for more budget-friendly jewelry, we can use 10 karat gold and/or 14 karat gold, along with lab-grown diamonds.

  • Yes, we can customize the length for you, and we will provide you with a quote for the additional length.

  • We always craft your rings in US size. For jewelry-inspired items, we follow US sizing. We only engraved the conversion in EU sizing on the ring for detail engravings.

  • Yes! You can find the length of all of our necklaces on the product page. If you're unsure of the length, you can refer to our Jewelry Sizing Chart for guidance.

  • No, because we specifically use solid gold to provide our clients with high-quality jewelry that withstands the test of time and can be passed down through generations. And yes, it can wear down if not taken care of. Please see our Jewelry Care Guide for more info.
