At Eight Two Eight Jewelry, every piece is crafted with care and intention. Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of our items, we’ve created a return policy that honors both craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Final Sale Policy

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order jewelry is considered final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This includes pieces made to your specifications, such as custom ring sizes, engraved items, or personalized designs.

Eligibility for Exchange

We understand that sizing issues can arise, especially with rings. If your item does not fit properly, you may request a one-time exchange for a different size, subject to the following terms:

  • Exchanges are eligible for store credit only—we do not issue refunds.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping and resizing costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize and will make it right. Please contact us here within 48 hours of delivery and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Once approved, we’ll cover all repair and return shipping costs and work with you on a resolution.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange or report an issue, please email us here with your order details. If your item qualifies, we’ll provide return instructions and next steps. Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Items that show signs of wear or misuse

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Store Credit Terms

Store credit issued for returns or exchanges will be sent via email. This does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.
