Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Orders are shipped via FedEx and DHL, depending on location and package size. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for processing, as most of our pieces are made to order. Shipping transit times typically range from 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries.
International orders are subject to a shipping fee. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees incurred upon delivery. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Transit times for international orders vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing. Estimated delivery is generally 7–21 business days after dispatch.
FedEx International Priority
Offers door-to-door delivery in approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Estimated rates for packages around 1 lb (≈ 0.45 kg):
North America: $45–$60 USD
Europe: $55–$70 USD
Asia/Australia: $70–$90 USD
For shipments up to 150 lbs, prices typically fall within the $6–$17 USD per pound zone-based rate structure.
DHL Express Worldwide
Reliable international shipping with delivery in 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country.
DHL pricing typically ranges from around $65 to $120 USD for a package up to 2 lbs, varying based on zone and service level.
Faster options, like DHL Express 12:00 (next-day before noon) or DHL Express 9:00 (guaranteed arrival by 9 AM, 10:30 AM to the USA) are available at a premium and to select zones only
Production & Processing Time
Most pieces are made to order and require a standard processing period of 3–4 weeks before shipping. This allows us to handcraft each piece with care and attention to detail.
During high-volume periods or for custom orders, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if your order requires additional time.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive tracking details within 30 days of placing your order, please contact us, here.
Please note that once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We recommend ensuring that your shipping address is correct and secure.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order appears delayed or is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
